Booking Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 2026
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings submitted through the Choi Sports Center website are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received and a Booking Confirmation Email has been sent.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact Choi Sports Center before your scheduled booking.
2. Payment
- Full payment is required to process every booking.
- Payment alone does not guarantee a reservation until a confirmation email has been issued.
- Choi Sports Center reserves the right to cancel or decline incomplete or unsuccessful payment transactions.
3. Late Check-In Policy
Customers who expect to arrive late must notify the Front Reception before or during their scheduled booking time.
If a customer fails to check in and does not notify the Front Reception within 30 minutes of the scheduled booking time:
- The booking will be classified as a No-Show.
- Choi Sports Center reserves the right to release the reserved court to other customers.
- No refund or rescheduling will be granted.
- Late arrivals are not entitled to an extension of their reserved playing time. All bookings will end at their originally scheduled end time.
4. Rescheduling Due to Natural Disasters or Force Majeure
If a reserved court becomes unavailable due to:
- Natural disasters;
- Severe weather conditions;
- Government restrictions;
- Utility interruptions;
- Public emergencies; or
- Other events beyond the reasonable control of Choi Sports Center,
the booking will be rescheduled to another mutually agreed date and time, subject to court availability.
Cash refunds will not be issued for cancellations resulting from these events.
5. No-Show Policy
A booking shall be considered a No-Show if the customer fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled booking time without prior notice.
No-Show bookings:
- are non-refundable;
- cannot be rescheduled; and
- may be released for booking by other customers.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the booking details they provide are complete and accurate.
Choi Sports Center shall not be responsible for missed bookings resulting from incorrect contact information or failure to review the booking confirmation.
7. Amendments
Choi Sports Center reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the official website shall govern all future bookings.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking through the Choi Sports Center website or by using any of its facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Booking Terms and Conditions.
