Court Use, Liability, and Parking Policy

1. Use of Facilities at Your Own Risk
All players, members, guests, and visitors use the courts and all facilities at their own risk.
By entering and using the premises, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with pickleball and other sports or recreational activities, including the possibility of injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen incidents.
2. Liability Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Choi Sports Center, its owners, directors, officers, management, employees, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, disability, loss, damage, or death arising from the use of the facilities or participation in any activity conducted on the premises.
All users are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically capable of participating in sports and recreational activities.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Personal Belongings
Guests are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Choi Sports Center shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought onto the premises.
We encourage all guests to keep their valuables with them at all times.
4. Parking Policy
Parking is provided solely as a convenience for customers and visitors.
All vehicles and their contents are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.
Choi Sports Center shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, vandalism, damage, or accidents involving vehicles or personal property left inside vehicles while on the premises.
5. Facility Rules and Conduct
All players, members, and guests are expected to comply with all facility rules, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by Choi Sports Center management and staff.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry, remove any individual from the premises, or suspend or terminate bookings or memberships without refund if a person:
- Violates facility rules or policies;
- Engages in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior;
- Endangers other guests or staff;
- Causes intentional or negligent damage to the facilities or equipment.
Any person responsible for damaging the facilities, equipment, or other property shall be liable for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
Acknowledgment
By entering the premises or using any facilities of Choi Sports Center, all players, members, and guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this Court Use, Liability, and Parking Policy.
